We answer phone and emails in danish or english.

The hotel can bed contacted on phone 589897, from 12.00 to 21.00. (Just notice its the same number as our youth hostel, so please tell you phone about the hotel)

Cancellation until 14 days before arrival is free, but later cancellation will be billed for the 3 first days booked stay.

At bigger groups or longer stays we might set other cancellations conditions after agreement.

At no-show you will be billed for the whole stay.
